
Coiled tight around her beating heart
she ventures forward.
With the weight of all heavy on her back
she scribes the world in silver.
I have revisited this poem I am getting more minimalist. Nothing kills a poem quicker than weighing it down with too many words.
I am very thankful to the photographer. To me, this photo embodies the courage, beauty and artistry of the snail.
