Fair Work Australia.
I have worked for juvenile justice for almost 11years. We can’t keep quality workers. The pay is bad and there aren’t enough benefits. I love the kids really. They’ve gifted me an interesting life.
My daughter is doing her final prac in a resi care house. She loves it, loves the young people, I’m glad she’s found something so rewarding and would also like her go be able to sustain herself over the long term.
That sounds awesome! The rewards come fewer than the frustration, but they do come and usually in a big way. Many Blessings to her!
